PEAK
Your health, moving in one direction
PE
A unified health system for fitness, nutrition, recovery, and the motivation to keep going.
iPhone · Apple Watch · Widgets/ Product thesis
Health apps often split one life into separate workout, diet, habit, and motivation products. Peak brings those daily decisions into one clear plan, helping users build sustainable momentum without turning wellness into a second job.
01Target user
Adults who want to become healthier, stronger, or more consistent but feel overwhelmed by fragmented trackers, rigid programs, and conflicting advice.
02Core problem
Training, meals, hydration, recovery, goals, and motivation are tracked in different places. Users can collect plenty of data while still being unsure what to do today.
03Differentiator
An explainable daily Peak Plan that adapts fitness, food guidance, recovery, and motivation to the user’s goals, available time, preferences, and recent activity—without pretending to replace medical care.
/ Minimum viable product
Small enough to learn.
Strong enough to keep.
- 01Goal, schedule, equipment, nutrition, and accessibility onboarding
- 02Adaptive daily plan spanning movement, meals, hydration, and recovery
- 03Guided workouts with timers, substitutions, and progress logging
- 04Flexible meal templates and nutrition targets without punitive language
- 05Daily readiness and motivation check-in

/ Product system
The loop behind
the interface.
RETENTIONCheck readiness → receive a realistic Peak Plan → complete or adapt each step → see the day come together → review weekly momentum → start the next week with a better-fit plan.
BUSINESS MODELA generous free foundation includes daily tracking and starter plans. Peak Pro adds adaptive training blocks, advanced meal planning, expanded content, deeper trends, custom programs, and premium Watch experiences through monthly and annual plans. No ads or paid placement in health recommendations.
APP STORE POSITIONAn all-in-one, adaptive wellness planner for people who want fitness, nutrition, recovery, and motivation to work together. App Store messaging emphasizes sustainable progress and daily clarity rather than guaranteed transformations.
