Resolve the
usual blockers.
Never include passwords, sign-in tokens, API keys, complete health exports, or sensitive medical information in a support message.
01Peak is not showing my Apple Health data.+
Open the Health app, tap your profile picture, choose Apps, then Peak. Confirm the relevant read permission is enabled. Some categories may have no samples for the selected day, and Apple intentionally does not tell apps whether read access was denied.
02Why is iCloud sync unavailable?+
Confirm you are signed into iCloud, iCloud Drive is enabled, and Peak iCloud sync is turned on. Peak can continue with local storage when CloudKit is unavailable. After enabling sync, close and reopen the app if the status asks you to.
03How do I change cups and metric units?+
Open your profile, choose Personal Details or Settings, and change the universal measurement system. Imperial hydration is displayed in US cups; Peak retains standardized underlying values for Health and sync.
04Why did AI meal analysis not run?+
AI meal search and photo analysis require a valid user-provided OpenAI API key in Peak settings and a network connection. You can always enter or edit foods manually. Barcode lookup can work independently and should still be reviewed.
05How do I manage Peak Premium?+
Open Peak Premium and choose Manage Subscription, or open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Peak also includes Restore Purchases for eligible App Store transactions.
06How do I delete my account and data?+
Open your profile in Peak, scroll to the account/data controls, choose Delete Account, and confirm. This removes Peak models from the active store, clears Peak Keychain credentials, and signs you out. Apple Health records and provider-held records must be managed with those providers.
