Your Day
Recovery, sleep, strain, nutrition, and hydration become one customizable view, with compact or detailed cards and day-by-day history.
NexCode Health / In development
A modern health, fitness, nutrition, recovery, and motivation system that helps you understand today—and choose what to do next.
/ What Peak is
Peak is for people who want to improve their health without juggling a different app for every part of it. It connects the signals that shape how you feel—sleep, recovery, movement, food, water, mood, habits, vital measurements, and personal context—then turns them into a clearer daily picture.
It is designed as a wellness companion and planning tool. Peak does not diagnose conditions, replace a clinician, or promise a medical outcome.
/ What it does
Every important number can be reviewed, corrected, hidden, or rearranged to fit the way you use the app.
Recovery, sleep, strain, nutrition, and hydration become one customizable view, with compact or detailed cards and day-by-day history.
Bring weight, heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, height, resting heart rate, temperature, and sleep into context.
Log meals by description, barcode, or photo. AI-assisted estimates stay editable before anything is saved, so you remain in control.
See the factors behind recovery, discover real correlations in your history, and follow momentum without reducing health to a single score.
Optional, private cycle logging connects symptoms, energy, habits, and gentle evidence-aware guidance for eligible profiles.
Use the on-device coach or opt into OpenAI-powered guidance with your own API key. Every answer is framed as wellness support, not medical advice.
/ The daily loop
Choose the Apple Health categories, location, notifications, goals, units, appearance, and Today cards you want. Optional permissions stay optional.
Move backward or forward by day, open the health calendar, check your wellness status, and compare recovery, sleep, strain, fuel, and hydration.
Quick-log water, meals, workouts, mood, habits, and cycle context. Imperial hydration displays in cups while the underlying health data remains standardized.
Journal and Trends turn entries into streaks, shifts, correlations, recovery drivers, and patterns you can use in the next decision.
/ Designed around Apple
Peak uses on-device storage with optional private iCloud sync, fine-grained HealthKit permission requests, Keychain for sensitive credentials, StoreKit for subscriptions, and WeatherKit for local conditions. AI features are opt-in and the app keeps an on-device Coach available.
